Stream Provides Support to Customers and Sales Associates Impacted by Hurricane Harvey

The leading energy and connected life services provider takes measures to bring relief to impacted customers and members of its direct sales force.

(DALLAS) –September XX, 2017 – Stream (Stream Energy), a leading direct selling company and provider of connected life services, today announced measures it is taking to ease the suffering of customers and Independent Associates affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Along with the company's $25,000 donation to the American Red Cross, Stream leadership made the decision to support 127,000 customers in the region by waiving late fees on energy invoices generated between August 29 and September 5. Additionally, Stream Wireless customers in those regions will have any late fees from this billing period credited back to their accounts.

Stream's direct sales community is also coming together to support their peers in impacted areas. A crowdfunding campaign was launched to provide aid to Independent Associates in the impacted region, and Stream has pledged to match donations up to $25,000.

The company will continue to monitor the relief efforts in the Texas coastal region as they unfold and accept donations on behalf of the American Red Cross here.
