Stream Announces Daniel S. Terrell as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

New Addition Brings Accomplished General Counsel to Executive Team
(DALLAS) – June 16, 2016 – Stream, a leading direct selling company and provider of essential services, today announced the appointment of Daniel S. Terrell as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. He will report directly to Stream’s President and CEO, Larry Mondry. In this role, Terrell will lead the legal, regulatory affairs and compliance teams for Stream and its subsidiaries.

Terrell comes to Stream from PLH Group, Inc., a leading energy services provider and portfolio company of Energy Capital Partners, where he served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Previously, he worked as division General Counsel for The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE: SHAW, now CBI), and as a private lawyer with the firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.
