The Essential Services Provider Announces Three Holiday-Themed Initiatives With the Local Organization
Stream, a leading direct selling company and provider of essential services, is pairing up with Dallas-based organization Operation Once in a Lifetime for three charitable initiatives during the month of December. In the holiday spirit and right in line with Stream’s philanthropic commitment to veterans, Stream will help provide financial and moral support to local veterans and their families.
This upcoming Friday (Dec. 11) Stream will donate coach bus transportation and offer up its employees as volunteers for a lunch for 50 homeless and less fortunate military veterans. Texas Roadhouse in The Colony, Texas will open early at noon for the special occasion and treat the group to steaks, ribs, burgers and more, free of charge.

New Partnership Reinforces Stream’s Continued Commitment to Supporting Veterans
Stream, a leading direct selling company and provider of essential services, announces a sizeable donation to the American Red Cross North Texas Region, directly benefitting Red Cross’ Service to the Armed Forces Program (SAF). Stream (Stream Energy), a leading direct selling company and provider of essential services, on October 16 realized a key appellate victory in its ongoing Federal class action litigation before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
Arising out of oral arguments held during February 2015, the Fifth Circuit panel voted to decertify a purported class of plaintiffs whose two named representatives alleged violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. This appellate ruling reverses a prior January 2014 order of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas that erroneously certified a class of plaintiffs consisting of current and former Stream Independent Associates.
